BTW, did you know that the Toyota and Nissan / XM deals can be altered or even broken without any fanfare?

By the way, prove it, you well known liar.

Did you even think about Toyota's claim of installing 1 million XM radios in 2010 still leaves over 2 million non XM cars sold in America for 2010.

A 33% penetration rate is a hell of a lot better than 0%.

All this makes no difference, SIRIUS will own XM soon.

Ah, yes. And XM shareholders will own half of SIRI's 3 Billion outstanding shares, and XM's Board of Directors will be in control of SIRI. If you feel like that is "SIRI owning XM", that's okay by me.

I'm not happy with the merger as it is bailing SIRI out for no reason, whatsoever, IMO. And I definitely feel that XM management sold itself short.

But it is what it is. As long as they keep XM's music programming and satellites, I'll be a happy subscriber. An investor? Probably not.
