You are welcome to post anything you wish so long as it is not Disinformation. (ie.Associated Press in the post in question). I have posted numerous cartoons which have lambasted various aspects of islam, because sometimes more can be said with a few words than with many.

I gotta say that I saw the article, and it's title, and failed to read the man's name, partly because it had no importance to me, and partly because messages like that I just scan anyway so i didn't realise it was a joke, until you mentioned it. I assumed because of it's poster that it was the truth. I think if you want to post jokes like that they should be marked, "another attempt at Humour."
