An observation some of us around here talk about often is how bad the young girls are at driving. The under 25 set, usually. They really have no concept of the danger they are nearly always in by speeding, following too close, failing to signal, etc. Two of the girls in the office where I worked a couple of years ago both caused bad accidents. They weren't hurt, fortunately, but really didn't show much remorse about being at fault. No wonder their insurance rates are so high.

And give the finger to people who are driving within the speedlimit.

..It's the under 40 crowd who think they OWN the highways, and can (and do) dart in and out at will

When I was learning to drive I was told to watch out for young boys in souped up cars and old men in hats<g>
