EPM A and B wts: Sell, within two years and a worst case scenario would be about where they are now I would expect with so much time and leverage value left.

But if EPM rises well, you will be shotly in the money, so they will have intrinsic value, so just make sure you sell before they expire.

Certainly. If EPM went to $ 1.20 and stayed there then at May 08 the warrant has no value but the stock's value is still worth $ 1.20.

Koan says "why would anyone buy the stock instead of the warrant?". This makes me chuckle because if no one supports the stock by buying it, the warrant holders lose.

I saw this occur in a stock about 7 yrs. ago .
