The governors of Arizona, California, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington state agreed that they would develop a regional target to lower greenhouse gases and create a program aimed at helping businesses reach the still-undecided goals Its a very big issue out here. In many places in the West, the environment is more fragile than it is in the East. The states out here can't afford to wait until dumkopf gets out of the White House. What an utter disaster he is.....today he said "often in this word money trumps peace".....and then laughed. Why can't we impeach him? I can't stand watching his ugly mug any more.
