Fine, Sanders said that the Microsoft monopoly was good for the industry as a whole, and that the anti-trust remedies would be detrimental.

Either way, Sanders gave testimony that was (a) against the conventional wisdom (ask Netscape whether the Microsoft monopoly was good for the industry) and (b) contrary to the spirit of anti-trust law in general, especially that which applies to the AMD lawsuit against Intel.
