Possibly. Maybe nvidia's shareholders will learn what a development-agreement with Intel can end up with... ;>)

With Dell and now Lenovo out of the closet, they will appeal to no end, still... By and by they may plead indigence. I mean as plan B, in the remote event plans A fail.


Something to consider.
I believe QCOM's legal bills were in the range of 100 million last year and may go up to 200 million this year. (If someone has accurate figures, I stand corrected). How do those fees compare with AMD profits?
