Mhh. 11x has a toolset originally used for 130nm, reused for 90nm later. And it's not a small fab, 243K sqft. I'd expect Capex well beyond 2B for a 45nm CPU tooling. Besides, it will go online next year only, and the other flash-guys talk about a node per year. So it could well be flash. If so, it is unclear whether it is NOR or NAND (i.e. JV Flash or whatever the outfit with Micron is called). Wrt grafics, Intel has a development agreement with nvidia. So it could be operated as a foundry, and/or to make own brand stuff under licence.

Time will tell.
