Very wealthy people not only use more energy to heat their homes, but they have lighting installed on their grounds to enhance the appearance of their gardens at night, heat their pools, as well as their out buildings and run pumps for their lavish water features. I think driving hybrids gives them a sense of well being.

Hallywood wishes to demonstrate their disassociation with the rest of the country. They seem to be as separated from reality as they are form the general population.

I am sure that next year they will find another liar to to award the Oscar for "documentary". Thar would make a trifecta of liars, Gore, Moore and some yet to be named bore.
