I can't even guess..the first patient in the video was living in Houston..I'll try to retrieve the link where I read in a Sibiono release that China has approved an oncolytic virus treatment which they describe as conditionally replicating which sounds like INGN-007...could you imagine if the scandal that transpires is that Nance has been farming out clinical studies to Sibiono?! About INGN 241 and Phase 3..I wandered over to their website and found that it's listed specifically for head and neck phase 3....???..admittedly, I've not been following them in detail but I'd not heard of this one.. introgen.com
