(OT) KRY

BritNick,

On the contrary, I am VERY familiar with this legal saga.

It is not simply a matter of holding mineral rights to exploit on their own account. KRY simply is hired help and must operate on Venezuela's whims.

Shareholders have lost a lot of money on this venture. While traders may make money with just about any type of stock, this is a very highly speculative venture that has had a lot of bad history behind it. In front of it, there is Chavez. Not a good place to be in.

Again, I am VERY familiar with the legal agreements and the T&Cs that KRY was forced to accept.

An operating contract is still nowhere near what other companies operating elsewhere are subjected to. Other mining companies can book reserves based on their legal rights. I just don't see how KRY can claim Las Cristinas ore on their books.

Good luck with your gambling on this one. Glad that you made some on ARU which is a very different story.
