Don't cry for the Pals, they have been cut out from very little. Only the money specially tagged for the PA under customs sharing and EU and US donations. The flood of aid that comes through UNWRA, the NGOS, and from Euro donors to other recipients besides the PA is flowing nicely - not to mention the millions the terrorists get from their backers. Naw, the only guys feeling the pinch are the Fatah strap-hangers in Gaza. Hamas isn't going to waste money paying them when it can just pay its own boys.
