Excellent Post. I also feel we could see DJIA 5000 - 6000 at the end of this macro wave. I am expecting a bear market of the magnitude of the one we saw from March 10th 2000 into the lows in Oct of 2002. The DJIA will be weaker relative to the NASD.

I anticipate a full scale synchronized global recession similar to the one in 1973-74.

The $/Yen has moved from 121 to 118.50 in the past 30 hours. The Yen is strengthening on the crosses and we will most likely see a violent shake out of the Yen carry trade over the balance of 2007.

We are witness a credit contraction that should be very very significant. I don't see why we can not have a situation some what similar to the financial Panic of 1907.
