Does the United States International Trade Commission normally provide reasons for delays? I am assuming that both parties agreed to delay the hearings. I am hoping that there are a lot of discussions going on behind closed doors. I think things are looking better for all 3G players. I just hope that what ever agreement they come to lasts more than couple of years. The contract showed say something to the fact that the duration would be "for the entire life cycle of 3G".
