they can see whats coming..

China did ratify the Kyoto Protocol

they point at us as being a bigger source of CO2

I doubt the US has much leverage there
considering all the paper they hold..........

most likely it will take Katrina like a disaster

they still manufacture CFC's

Well, you can bet they're not going backwards ..
Give them new nukes, clean coal, for baseload ..
Anything else will be a joke .. too much demand for
renewables to be practicable .. JMHO ..
