That's fairly unusual weather out there, isn't it? Just saw a climatologist saying he believes El Nino being fed by Global Warming, hence weird extremes at far flung locations.
They've had some nasty typhoons. I hope it doesn't translate out on the hurricane side this summer..

Hey! I've been hearing much the same from quite a few other folks out on the west coast over the past day. Kinda late in the year for snow. Heck, the rhodies are probably already starting to bloom out there!

We haven't had much snow, but after a freakish warm winter with no snow 'til after Christmas and temperatures in the 40s, it turned cold (like -20F) and stayed that way for a few weeks. We're just finally having mild weather as of 2 days ago (it's about 30F here this afternoon). Weird damned winter if you ask me.
