I'm curious if the ITC could have similar staffing problems as the U.S. Attorney's office? I guess my question of BRCM's recent silence should now be directed at Q too. Is there any meat here or is NOK just taking advantage of an opportunity to push the recent good news off the radar screen? Also, given that in the BRCM/QCOM case before the ITC several BRCM patents were sent over to Federal Court was Q facing a similar risk with respect to NOK? I know Q and B had a prior agreement that was the reason but is there any reason for a similar event with NOK?
