I doubt this one, never heard of this rule before. But I'll check with my expert lawyer on traffic violation issues. He does nothing but helping people like me out of jams. Here the latest money maker news from Munich: In addition to the rather old photo traps installed at many traffic light crossing, they now have a doppler speed radar working in companion with the red light detector camera. Thus when you speed up to make before the lights go red, they catch you on speeding!! I have a couple of new goodies where this piece of news comes from.
