Most geo-scientists don't buy into global warming theories being frantically peddled by those such as Wharf Rat. However most geo-scientists are fully employed drilling and prospecting whereas what is an environmental scientist going to do except scream the sky is falling. The earth will cool down and heat up, several ice ages will be entered into and exited from, the magnetic poles will flip on a regularly scheduled basis that no one understands, new volcanic ages will be entered into and the sun will heat up and devour the earth as it dies. All part of a natural cycle that all the huffing and puffing of Al Gore can't stop. Don't bet on the status-quo with Mother Nature.
