All I assumed was a 20% increase in IPC. You only need 8% to match Clovertown 2.66 with a 2.3 GHz Barcelona. The fact is, the FSB is sucking the life blood out of 2.66 GHz Clovertown in CINT2006_rate. Intel will want to stick to CINT2000 until they get that 4-FSB chipset. But wait, that one's only for 4-socket systems!
