very little electronics are recycled for gold, not to many people I know like messing with nitric acid except one computer tech I know thats recycled about 2 pounds of gold now.

Oh, you mean scrap?...ok scrap is used in dental and jewelry too, its all part of the picture.

But back to where this started from, there was no way Armstrongs $200 target was going to hit for the fact that mines were about to shut down as many had production costs well above $250, ergo supply would not have kept up with demand.

And since it just happened that way your argument is moot.
