It's understandable the Nokia lawyer would forget to make the call they were supposed to do. <how soon we forget; there has been so much> There is so much to deal with. I can understand Nokia using patents they hadn't paid for or licensed.

What a load of malarkey we are dealing with in the legal miasma. Acres of it. Layer on layer, 110 pages at a time, about a phone call. [Only a slight exaggeration]
