That's the official version. My point is that: Why Index calculation is not done in real time under any circumnstaces? It is similar to TV broadcasting live but with a few seconds delay. If the bra of the lady drops during the event, the TV director cuts the part and the audience do not miss a bit. There might have been sudden drops before but they have been always smoothed out by the filter that caps the drop. I never heard of a billing system of a telephone operator not charging calls because they have busy hours call attempts overflowing the switch.
