What a *rube*....

(You don't get out much, do you?)

Questions:

1) Was the latest request (of the Iraqi government) by the US military to enter Sadr City turned down? (Yes, or no....)

2) Has al Sadr passed instructions down to his forces (just recently) to 'put their weapons down' (but NOT to turn any weapons IN, of course... just hide 'em in their homes and such and lay low for a while... not 'challenge' the US forces just now)? (Yes or no?)

(No sense in doing anything to annoy the Americans while they are busy being so helpful to Iran and the Iraqi Shiites by targeting & attacking their Sunni enemies for them! That's *exactly* what al Sadr and his boys WANT Uncle Sucker to be spending his time on!)

3) Has all of the above been widely reported in US and in Iraqi media recently?

4) Was the US (Washington, *not* our military...) reporting that 'al Sadr had gone to Iran' (presumably to avoid being arrested or challenged by US forces)? And, did the Badr Brigade spokespeople DENY THIS, and did the representatives of their Party in the Iraqi Parliament publicly DENY THIS also? (And, then did the US stop making the claim?) :-)
