I dont think that bottom in the ratio will hold this time. The problem with gold stocks now is lower yield/lower production.

This is typical even though its for silver
<Silver production at Penoles fell 10.2% to 42.56 million ounces and previously BHP Billiton told us their silver production fell 34.6% to 35.163 million ounces in 2006.>

Supply is falling which is another reason there is good support for the metals themselves but not stocks imo.
