With all due respect, Iran is not going to sell a nuclear weapon to Hugo Chavez. If in some incredible stretch of the imagination, it did..Chavez is not going to place that weapon on cuban soil. And even if somehow these two events were to occur, to threaten the United States with any such weapon....virtually mandating that we react not only against cuba, but against Venezeula and against Iran....no, it is not going to happen that way.

In the sixty years that atomic weapons have been in existence, no nation has given another nation a weapon (as distinguished from helping with the knowledge to build their own). Even when the Soviet Union broke apart, the nuclear stockpiles in the newly freed republics were the first and foremost subject to be dealt with...and not left in those new countries.

Not gonna happen. And I am not being naive. The people who believe that our current policies in Iraq will result in a stable, democratic government...they are the naive ones. <g>
