There has been a huge amount of reporting on foreign fighters pouring over the borders from Syria (Syrian support of terrorist organizations is hardly disputed; Hamas, Hizbullah et al hang their shingles openly in Damascus) and Iranian weapons coming in. Americans have already captured both Iranian weapons and Quds forces trainers in Iran. Iran has also been harboring AQ honchos. All these things have been widely reported by major news outlouts. Just Google it, you should be able to find the reports. I know the NYT did several major stories on it.
