Lest you forget, NEM is a significant shareholder of QMI, which affords them the opportunity to look up QMI's skirt at their leisure, not to mention that of KGI thanks to the QMI/KGI JV.

In fact, one of my end game scenarios for investing in KL miners is to see NEM acquire the whole KL enchilada once it hits their critical mass criteria (wherever that is these days)
