OK. but consider this : a person from India, a person from US, a person from Africa, a person from Europe - all practicing the same religion, surely have a different ethnicity ? their ethnicity is the result of the immediate world around them that they live in. If they are all Jews, the Jews do not consider them a different ethnicity. That is how Israel has been able to function. In terms of the various skin colors and cultural practices that the immigrants have brought in, it is one of the most mixed places on earth. This makes it particularly ironic to hear it condemned by lefties as white and European.
