I think this bear market is going to go on for another 5 years. The real problem is US wage deflation, stocks can't go up with people's salaries are going down and they are going down. Whenever you travel around the world, all the foreign financial shows say the US is in for multidecade stagflation. I might buy a few stocks here and there but it seems like real estate is the only way to beat this.
