I don't know that one side of the political spectrum is any more to blame than the other. It seems, it is more important to most politicians that their side of Dems/Repubs win, using this issue to cause harm to one another, than it is for America to succeed.

The enemy our soldiers are fighting will not stop trying to kill us just because we abandon the fight in Iraq. How was Iraq trying to kill American before invasion?
