Q's GSM/EGDE case against NOK
I originally thought that the Q’s IPR in GSM/EDGE had to do with handoff. Recent postings seemed to indicate that there is only 3 patents in question for the GSM/EDGE lawsuit and all have to do with power management. If true, would this then not be similar to the case that Broadcom now has against the Q and which they would like an injunction against Q. This doesn’t look like it will happen. So wouldn’t one have to assume that similar infringement charges by Q against NOK for GSM/EDGE will have similar results??? Help me out here if I am wrong.
