Let's point out true evil when we see it. They are the people who keep jumping up and down saying the boogie man is coming to get you. They are the fear-mongers, the hate-mongers, the war-mongers, the thieves, the frauds, the abusers, the misusers, the liars, the scum, the thugs....they come in all shapes, sizes, sexes, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, affiliations, races, creeds and countries. I think they must be a genetic defect in the human species. They are a net negative to the world. They do not add to the species but detract from it. They kill, they maim, they impoverish, they hurt, they wound....they create nothing but they steal much. They are a sad peoples and we should always be on the lookout for their telltale marks. I don't think that's a 666 but, heck, ya never know!
