JHE - I thought I had read on the thread that NOK claimed not to need Qs IPR.

Still the thrust of my argument is that Q needs the avaialblity of injunctive relief ansd that NOKs strategy is to avoid it. Once NOK avoids injunctive relief then the case goes to trial and that means years during which NOK carries on buiness as usuual.

Best,

L

Considering the HDR investment does anyone know if NOK had a capture period in their license and if so could this relate to the 08 option? Could they be trying to squeeze consideration for their patents knowing some of Q's are under capture up to the expiration of the option?
