They are not likely to impose sharia anytime soon in the USA. But in France, or the Netherlands, already 10% Muslim and more, it may be another story. The way the Muslims are having babies and everybody else isn't, they will be half the country in 30 or 40 years.

I think a tax based on being the "wrong" religion is too creepy for words.

Would you willingly, gladly pay a tax to the IRS because you are Muslim?

Would you willingly, gladly wear special clothing or badges so everybody can know you're Muslim?

Please advise.

dont need to worry about outsiders. the US govt has been taxing legal temporary work permit folks for years. The pay SS, FICA etc. dont get a dime when they leave after their visa expires.

If this is not taxation without representation, what is it ?
