"The British police already routinely deal with forced marriages and honor killings."

Wow... you really are paranoid. First it is not nor has it ever been against the law in America for parents to select their child's future spouse, or too work with a match making network. I can see a whole new set of reactionary laws being promoted by extremists who are worried Muslim families might want some influence on who joins them as an in law. If a Muslim girl flirts with an atheist, are social workers going to hoover over them to protect the girl from being victimized by her family until the two can get hitched? How do you figure we ought to prepare for the awful teachings of Islam to save their daughters?

Routine police work huh. That sounds pretty pervasive and common. What would you say, dead girl every few seconds or so? Have they told you yet, you will be forced to kill your kid if she misbehaves? That was the worry right? The sharia will order you to follow their rules and this will no doubt be on the top of their list. Right?
