Les, I have been checking your scans daily for about 6-years, and I have never seen a combination of TRINs that are so weird as the scans the past 2-days. The NDX TRIN's are in overbought territory even after this dump, but the A/D and U/D are oversold on the 10-day. I've checked the usual suspects like SIRI and SUNW and LVLT, but they do not seem to be impacting things too much here. The fact that the S&P 100 and S&P 500 TRIN's are also low makes me wonder if something else is going on here. What's your interpretation of these numbers? The Dow/NYSE numbers appear skewed by the computer trading on Tuesday, and the OTC numbers look reasonable. One way to look at this would be short covering at the close, I guess. However, another is this is going to drop much more than most are looking for here.
