So, all you boys and girls of FADG, now that you have read the various State Department Reports on religious freedom and human rights in Denmark, er, Iran with care and detainment, can we get a group together to migrate to such a marvelous Paradise of tolerance and freedom?

Perhaps we can team up with some Jews or Baha'is, start a nice Amish-style community, one in which we won't be bothered by anyone.

We can all wear those wonderful pointy Persian slippers, have our homes full of great rugs, Wharf Rat can get all the hashish he can handle without a problem, we can have May Day poles, Easter egg hunts, Nadine can host a few seders when the time comes, the Bahai's can do their thing, Masses in Latin, the Zoroastrians could teach us about their ancient religion, just all nothing but fun and games, peace and harmony in wonderful, tolerant Iran. Hey, ST could show us the sights, arrange for a few terrific picnics.

Sounds like great fun, doesn't it?

Shoot, I'm getting visions of a Persian Bay Area; Qom as Berkeley, Teheran as San Francisco.
