The underlying supporting those investments far outweighs any currency issues. I agree... the Loonie in the upper .80 band consistently should be fine investment wise ... Lot's of you folks had the bonus of the loonie clawing its way back from the low .60s as well as share appreciation.. renovator ? I'm doing my bathrooms.. small one first at ground level.. cannot believe the previous owner / builder used 2x2s on an exterior bathroom wall.. not much insulation in there.. but the best was in the shower to save space he tiled directly on cement.. no insulation .. Great for cold showers.. One of those houses where a little reno becomes a rebuild.. sigh.. Al
