The current commander, MAJOR GEN Weightman, who'd been in his position less than a year before he was fired, is thought by many here in San Antonio to be a scapegoat - he inherited a broken system from the prior commander Kiley and hadn't had time to fix it. mysanantonio.com That was why the head of the Secretary of the Army rolled. He appointed Kiley as interim head of WRAMC after the current commander was fired?!?! There was a certain kind of inverted logic to the appointment: basically, "OK Kiley, you didn't fix it on your watch, we've lost a new commander because of it, so now you're going to have to go back and get the job done" My question is: when are they going to get to Kiley?
