MS (short) ... This trade triggered today at $72.00. Price is now below the 40 week or 200 day moving average. This is generally where uptrends break down and we could anticipate further selling. However, in the event this is a bear trap being set by the bulls, I will place a close stop at $74.00.

Entry $72.00. Profit targets $3.00 - $6.00. Initial stop loss $74.00.

LH (short) ... This trade triggered at $67.50. Price is now below the 40 week or 200 day moving average. This is a sign of weakness and we could reasonably expect price to decline further. This is a low risk entry due to the proximity of price and the 40 week moving average. If price moves back above the 40 week moving average the trade should be closed, thus minimizing the loss, making it a low risk entry. We're looking at $1.00 for a loss vs. $3.00 to $6.00 for a gain, a very good reward to risk ratio.

Entry $67.50. Profit targets $3.00 - $6.00. Initial stop loss $68.50.

THIS WEEK'S STOCK WATCH (pt. 2) .............................

INT (short) ... Last week I had listed INT as a short if price would trade below $40.25. The trade did not trigger. The price is presenting a better short entry as price rallied up to price resistance and pulled back on Friday. New entry for a short is just below Friday's low of the day. Entry $42.65.

ERTS (short) ... Last week I listed ERTS as a short if price would trade below $48.35. The trade did not trigger. Price is presenting a better short entry if price can fall below Friday's low of the day. Entry $50.20.
