We're also starting to see a proliferation of stack townhouses aka urban townhomes. Instead of trying to market 3-level townhomes for 600K, they're building two 2-level townhomes on top of each other for 300-400K. The county governments are pushing for high-density residential development mixed with retail. Here's an example.
