My post was really meant to take the other side of the argument. I don't believe it will effect prices quickly nor would I expect it to quickly effect prices positively if they don't allow mining. The thing to keep in mind is that most of the major purchasers of uranium know the markets better then any of us on this board and are buying based on their expectations of the future demand for uranium. It can be said that it is already priced to perfection. What else can happen that would be more bullish for uranium then what has already happened? Everyone is bullish on uranium and most are super bullish.
