Nadine, you don't go to war with a country with 400 nukes when your country has none. For that matter, you don't go to war with a country that has 400 nukes when your country has 5. You don't go to war with a country that has 400 nukes when YOUR country has 400 nukes.

Nukes are war stoppers for the countries that own them. The wars have to take place in third countries, with no nukes being used there either. Bad news for Lebanon..
