Wharfie, you misunderstand. I mean ALL the stuff. In Escondido, they have a ridiculous recycling process with different containers for different rubbish. They do duplicate collections down the street. People have huge rubbish bins. They waste time putting one thing here, another there.

I hear there are hordes of people in prisons in the USA. Take all the rubbish to them and they could sort it all out. Precisely. That would give them something useful to do and save time and cost for the productive people who can earn a LOT more money being an engineer, teacher, sandwich maker, or lawyer than messing around sorting recyclables from compost.
