Massive reform, starting with the CIA and the Defense Department. Pull apart everything that is based on Cold War politics, and make everything based around the modern day threat of terrorism. I am not sure the CIA is as screwed up as we have been led to believe. Looks to me like they have become everyone's favorite whipping boy. Doesn't mean they deserve it. As for North Korea, I advocate a carrot-n-stick approach. The carrot, of course, is massive food and infrastructure aid. The stick is the threat of a military buildup among all parties involved, including Japan. Sounds good to me.....maybe you should apply to the State Dep't.
