I guess we will find out soon just how leveraged the world is.

IMO a derivatives default would set off a global financial crisis.

I guess that would be Karma for all of the speculative excesses of late.

Many commentators remarked on the Fortress IPO as a sign of a top, but I prefer this example:

They don't claim much exposure to subprime mortgages, but an unraveling such as Kass outlines would smack them hard.
