I wasn't wrong - they're, were and have been ruled by extremist religious freaks. They were and still are importing nuclear materials. They've funded terrorist activity and thats nothing new. You want to make it sound like their leadership wanted to be great Pals with the US. That just isn't true and it hasn't been true since the Shaw bolted the country.
