Well it seems as if Webster in more knowledgeable than Seth Grey and the team leading THPW which includes two men that were in charge of the refueling contracts for both GE and Westinghouse. Men that were involved in and directly answered to the President of the United States through four administrations. Not to mention the founder of this company who spent some 30 years of his life in the developmental stage of the fuel rods and who designed the first nuclear reactors for the US Navy, oh and lets not forget Ike's granddaughter Susan…Yes Ike's Atoms for peace. I'm quite sure that people of this caliber would put their reputations on the line or be less knowledgeable than "The Webster". I was quite humbled that he showed up on this board. Perhaps if he comes back and reads he could post his resume for us….DD
