The "Internet" did not exist in 1992. Is that something you are capable of understanding? Also, Gore led congressional funding of government computer to computer communication efforts that eventually became the Internet we know today. Is that "instrumental" or help to create the Internet we know today? You are damn right it is and you should check your facts before you shoot off your "oh so moderate" mouth. Get some damn backbone.
